Wow! Thank you everyone who has donated to support Global Health Outreach. Yesterday Tom has completed his part of The Outreach Mission and ran the Bass Pro Half Marathon! Tom and his daughter completed it in 2 hours, 17 minutes.
The giving page will be open until this Sunday. THANK YOU so much for helping us gather $10,000 to be given to Global Health Outreach. These fundraising efforts have allowed us to officially open our endowment fund and begin using the interest to help fund Global Health Outreach teams. Your gifts will literally be recycled over and over again as we scrape interest off the top of the fund each year.
Our original goal was $20,000 with 200 donors. We raised over $10,000 with just 50 donors! We would love to see more alumni and friends pull together to raise that number of donors! Let's see what we can do in this final week of The Outreach Mission.
Tom has one final push for you all! Lets see as many donors as we can participate in The Outreach Mission. During the past few months we have seen so many of our Alumni come together to share stories and memories with Tom and each other!
In just 6 days Tom will be running his half marathon. Help him push through to the end and do your part to give!

Thank you so much for all of your support. We love hearing stories from alumni about mission trips they have been on, and we have loved getting old photos from past PT Mission Teams! Keep sending them our way if you have some!

Tomorrow at the Davis Physical Therapy Building we are having a flag ceremony to commission our November 2017 Peru team! This team will leave just a few weeks after Tom's big race. Please keep this team in your prayers as they raise support and get ready to spend a week serving together.
Tom's race is less than 6 weeks away, and he's having trouble keeping his times where he wants them to be! We have shared a video below of a recent practice run. Head on over to our Facebook page at facebook.com/sbuphysicaltherapy to help Tom with a gait analysis and offer him some advice! He's got a lot of work to do if he's going to finish this half marathon!
